Bruna Alcantara is a visual artist and journalist. Her artistic research explores different fields of culture and information channels to work on themes such as the acts of violence in public and political spaces and the relationships of the female body in the social and historical context. On the streets or in art objects, she often appropriates her own image as a mother, through self-portraits and the re-signification of these objects: she uses her body to give amplitude to a plural female voice.

This show opens the new exhibition space at Fisga Warehouse called Street View and it's curated by Bia Petrus.
