My name is Marta, I am a yoga teacher, and almost a psychologist. My journey with yoga began in 2016, during a time in my life when I used to feel deeply disconnected. Since then, my yoga mat has become my safe space. To yoga, I owe the peace that comes from letting the energy flow, the stability of feeling grounded to this earth, the kindness for my body that finds a home in movement. Life flows through movement; the practice reminds me that I'm here, and I'm breathing.
There's no need to be strong, flexible, or to achieve the perfect headstand. My classes aim to be a safe space for anyone willing to take a moment to just stay there, and feel. Feel the body, feel the breath, feel the mind. For me, yoga is the gentle care that comes from free and conscious movement, trust, and connection with ourselves. Come practice together, in a journey filled with kindness and mindful flows.
